Silver SneakersĀ® Stability helps you get
stronger and improve your balance through
exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee
and hip joints all in a fun and social setting.
This class is designed specifically for
fall prevention.

Each class is 30 minutes long complete with warm-up, workout portion and cool-down. You can participate in one, two or all three classes. The choice is yours! If you are a member of Silver Sneakers your cost is covered (have your Silver Sneakers Member Number ready). Don’t have Silver Sneaker’s? Don’t worry! My goal is to make these on-line classes affordable for all ($5 per class or all three for $10). Once you let me know you would like to participate, I will send you a link for Zoom. I promise it is as easy as clicking on the link!
