What You Need:

  • Space: A safe, open space where you can move freely without obstructions.
  • Equipment: Comfortable workout attire, water bottle, and optional items like resistance bands, dumbbells, or a yoga mat. Modifications will be provided for those without equipment.
  • Technology: A device with a stable internet connection to join the Zoom session.
